2 -Part Beginner's Drawing Course

Service Description

In this 2 part intensive course, you'll learn the fundamentals of drawing through easy to follow exercises that cover the use of line and how to add shading. No previous experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! The small class size will ensure personalised advice and plenty of hands-on practice. By the end of the course you will feel much more confident in your drawing abilities. Should you so wish, you will be ready to progress to the intermediate level classes in June to continue your creative journey! Materials are provided but you may also wish to bring along an A3 cardboard folder or similar to take your work home. Classes take place in the Window Room at Southwick Community Centre, which is approximately 5 minutes walk from Southwick train station. There is a small car park on site and a little free on-street parking. There is also a paid carpark across the street beside the library. Please note - class includes a 15 minute break. Biscuits are included in the course price and teas/coffees are available to purchase from the cafe or bring a flask if you prefer.
