Spring Art Course (Journals)

Service Description

This 4 session course is ideal for those with a little previous experience who would like to take their art to the next level. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will cover everything you need to know about keeping a sketchbook or journal. We'll go over different kinds of books and how you can make or adapt your own. In each session, you'll have a chance to try out different methods and techniques with no pressure. By the end of the course you will have a greater confidence in how you can make a sketchbook or journal an integral and rewarding part of your daily life! Please note this course requires you to come to each session with photos to work from (either printed or on a phone/tablet). Materials will be provided but where possible you are encouraged to bring your own supplies if you have them. You may also wish to purchase a small sketchbook although this is NOT REQUIRED. If you do want to buy one, please make sure the paper is HEAVY and will stand up to watercolour.
