Workshops

Team Building Through Art

In today’s workplaces, connection and culture matter more than ever.

My corporate creative workshops use collaborative art activities to encourage conversation, creativity and fresh perspectives within teams. Sessions are professionally facilitated, inclusive and designed so that everyone can participate — regardless of artistic experience.

Workshops can take place at your office or at an off-site venue, and can be tailored to suit different goals, whether you’re exploring company values, encouraging creative thinking, strengthening team connections or supporting workplace wellbeing.

“Linda facilitated a brilliantly engaging workshop in our office, guiding our team to explore our company’s core values through creative freedom in small groups. Her facilitation created a relaxed environment where everyone felt comfortable expressing what the values mean to them and representing these in their own unique ways. It was a fantastic team bonding and collaboration session.”

Creative Workshop Ideas

Company Values Workshop

Bring your organisation’s values to life through collaborative art

This workshop invites teams to explore the meaning behind their organisation’s values and interpret them visually through painting.

Each group is assigned a company value and encouraged to discuss what that value represents in everyday working life. Through colour, symbols and imagery, teams translate their ideas into a shared artwork.

The process encourages open conversation, shared interpretation and deeper connection with the organisation’s culture.

Activities may include

• guided discussion around each value
• brainstorming visual ideas and symbols
• experimenting with colour and composition
• collaborative painting on canvas

Ideal for

• company values launches
• culture and leadership initiatives
• strategy or planning days
• team away days

Outcome

Each team produces a canvas representing their interpretation of a company value, creating a visual reminder of the ideas explored during the session.

Creative Team Building Workshop

A relaxed, collaborative art experience for teams

This workshop focuses on connection, collaboration and enjoying the creative process together.

Teams work side-by-side on a shared painting project while exploring colour, mark-making and composition. The session encourages conversation, playfulness and teamwork in a relaxed and supportive environment.

No previous art experience is required — the emphasis is on creativity, curiosity and working together.

Activities may include

• collaborative painting exercises
• simple creative warm-up activities
• exploring colour and texture
• building a shared artwork together

Ideal for

• team bonding events
• company away days
• staff social activities
• team celebrations

Outcome

Teams create a shared artwork and leave the session feeling more connected and energised.

Creative Thinking Workshop

Encourage fresh perspectives through playful creative challenges

This workshop helps teams step outside their usual ways of thinking through a series of engaging art-based challenges.

Participants take part in quick, collaborative drawing and painting activities designed to encourage experimentation and new ways of approaching problems.

The focus is on curiosity, idea generation and creative confidence rather than artistic skill.

Activities may include

• fast-paced drawing challenges
• collaborative visual problem-solving
• creative warm-up exercises
• experimental painting activities

Ideal for

• innovation days
• strategy sessions
• creative or marketing teams
• energising team away days

Outcome

Participants leave feeling energised, more open to experimentation and with a renewed confidence in their creative thinking.
