My painting 'Storm Coming' is now on display at Hastings Museum and Art Gallery until 15th January. My daughter Julia had been struggling with severe OCD which culminated in a week in hospital after she was unable to eat or drink anything due to her intense fears of contamination. It was the most horrendous, frightening time of our lives - with an unseen bully ruling our household and threatening our precious girl's health. Luckily, she is in a much better place now and having treatment which appears to be working well. I started this painting before I knew any of the turmoil that was going on inside her head. Unbeknownst to us, the storm was on its way.
